DEPOSITS: There is a deposit of $25 that is required to pay upon booking via Zelle or PayPal only. My zelle number: (817) 226-6777! Pay cash or zelle the remainder at your appointment. PayPal, Apple Pay, & Cash App = $5 processing fee for all payments.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are non-refundable and can’t be used towards your next appointment if you cancel. In most cases, if you are more than 15 minutes to your appointment, your service will be cancelled. Clients who are unresponsive within 24 hours prior to their appointment forfeit their deposit and it will not be able to be transferred to another appointment. Only when services are cancelled by provider is the deposit then refunded to the sender.

ADDITIONAL FEES: If you are wanting an appointment anytime before 9:30AM (outside of operating hours), please note that an additional $35 will be applied to your remaining balance as a convenience fee. Appointments booked 48hr-72hrs prior (including squeeze-ins) to your service are an additional fee of $25 added to your remaining balance. Appointments booked less than 48 hrs prior to your service are an additional fee of $45 added to your remaining balance. Same day appointments/Squeeze-in appointments are $65 additional. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a fee of $10 may apply in addition to your remaining balance of the service. Thank you for understanding, my loves.
